March 10, 2008:
The Bendersville Fire Company has decided to purchase a 2008 E-One Typhoon Rescue Engine. This Rescue Engine will have a 1,000 gallon water tank with a 1750 GPM Pump. It will also have a 30 gallon foam tank.

Company 7 was dispatched @ 0139 hours, for a AFA at 199 Murphy Road, in box 250-05 in Cooke Township, Cumberland County. Engine 7-2 and Mini Pumper 7 responded @ 0143 with a total of 9 personell. Mini Pumper 36 on scene with food on stove and placed the box in service. Company 7 went avaliable @ 0211 hours.

Engine 7-1 was dispatched @ 1731 hours, for a reported Auto Accident, in box 136-107 in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County. Engine 7-1 went responding with the Deputy and 6 personell. Company 7 was placed in service before arrival and was avaliable @ 1738 hours.

Comapny 7 was dispatched @ 1400 hours, for a reported ATV accident at Slate Road and Bendersville Road, in box 250-05 in Cooke Township, Cumberland County. Engine 7-1, Mini Pumer and Ambulance 7A went responding @ 1404 hours. Company 7 assisted with extrication of the patient. Patient was then transported to the Pine Grove Office for a fly out. Company 7 went avaliable @ 1459 hours.
